How do you build a verifiable professional reputation?

From Verified to Champion: a scale you climb through recorded results, not promises — and a protected field where you can practise without errors coming at a cost.

Why a scale is needed

In every emerging profession the challenge is the same: how do you demonstrate what you can do if no one has seen you at work yet? Qualifications help but are not enough; self-declarations are worthless. Simbial's answer is a merit scale built on recorded facts: each level corresponds to things that have actually happened, verifiable by anyone in the register. The scale is not a points game: it is a portable reputation.

The levels: Verified, Pro, Expert, Champion

Simbial Verified means you have passed the qualification assessment for your role: you know how to work with the method. Pro comes only through fieldwork: your first real contributions, evaluated by those who worked alongside you. Expert is someone with consistent cumulative impact, validated projects, and demonstrated quality over time. Champion is the rare summit: only certified results, the highest quality, and continuous activity. No level can be purchased and none can be self-declared.

Quality matters as much as quantity

Accumulating points is not enough: the scale also weighs reliability. Ratings received on projects (punctuality, quality of deliverables, professionalism) become a rating that can move you up — but also down; prolonged inactivity causes you to drop a level; misconduct has consequences. It is a living scale, like real reputation: it reflects who you are now, not just who you have been.

The protected field: where making mistakes is allowed

Before the real field comes the protected field: the simulated project of your role, with the same 4 phases as real projects and Gea teaching within the work. Here, mistakes cost no one anything and are the best teacher available. It is the training ground before the match: no real clients, just enough real pressure, maximum learning.

The assessment: defending your choices

Between the protected field and the real field comes the qualification assessment: you defend the choices made in the simulated project in front of Gea, who puts them to the test the way a demanding client would. Passing it means becoming Simbial Verified in your role. It is not a quiz: it is proof that you can back up your work with solid reasoning.

A reputation that speaks for you

Everything you build — assessment passed, contributions to projects, ratings, impact recorded — lives in the register and can be shared: with the companies you want to work with, within the organisation you work for, with your community. You do not need to ask anyone to take you at your word: you can let the facts speak for themselves.

Frequently asked questions

How do you become Simbial Verified?

By passing the qualification assessment for your Impact Role: the defence of the choices made in the simulated project. It is the entry level of the scale, and from there you move up only through the field.

Can you go down a level?

Yes: the scale weighs reliability and recency. Recurring negative reviews or prolonged inactivity cause a drop. That is the price of credible reputation: it reflects the present.

What is the protected field?

The role's simulated project: the same 4 phases as real projects, with Gea as tutor, where mistakes have no cost and learning is at its maximum.
