How you earn on Simbial
On Simbial, money follows the same rule as impact: it is declared. A single, public retention on Makers' work, rate schedules by level visible before you start, every payment tracked to its event in the register. No hidden costs, no earnings promises: numbers and rules, visible to everyone.
When a Maker works on a project, Simbial retains 30% of their fee. We state this clearly, because it is one of the principles of sustainability applied to ourselves: to be sustainable, Simbial must generate revenue — economic sustainability is sustainability. That share funds the platform, impact verification, and community growth.
The rule: 30% to the platform, 70% to those who create
The retention is a single one and applies to every Maker activation: 30% supports Simbial, 70% accrues to the wallet of the person who did the work. Shown at the moment of confirmation, never discovered afterwards — and rate schedules grow with level: moving up the scale literally means being worth more.
For talent: rate schedules by level, visible
Makers work on companies' Impact Projects at standard rates defined by the platform per level — from Verified to Champion — public and versioned like the Impact Score coefficients. Honest expectations: earnings depend on real projects — real data, never promises.
For companies: transparent credits
Companies activate the programme with a credit budget; every piece of work has a public, versioned credit cost, visible in the company area before each confirmation — and every activation proposed by your Impact Partner arrives with credits clearly stated. No surprises on the invoice.
For Supporters: transparency before commitments
When support for community projects opens, the rule will be declared at the exact moment of payment, like everything else. And every project will always show amount raised, amount spent, and certified results.
Frequently asked questions
Why does Simbial retain 30%?
Because economic sustainability is sustainability: a platform that verifies impact must stand on the same honesty it asks of others. That share funds the platform, impact verification, and community growth — and we always declare it, openly.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The fee is unique and public; it appears at the moment of confirmation. Makers' rate cards are visible by level, and companies' credit costs are shown in their area before every confirmation.
How much does a talent earn on Simbial?
It depends on the real projects they participate in: we don't promise earnings, we show rates and rules. When volumes become significant we will publish an earnings report with median and distribution: our indicator is how many talents reach a fair outcome, not the record of the highest earner.
