Show the proof
The Simbial report exposes confidence levels and the Impact Controller's signature: that is the difference between declaring that you are doing well and being able to prove it. The report's public link allows anyone to verify the same numbers.

Every report suggests where the greatest impact can be generated: a ready-made proposal (”we suggest expanding the scope on area X — a challenge or a sprint”) turns the presentation into a decision.
